List and sell residential homes. Each agent may work with buyers or sellers or both. Many of our property management clients ask us to sell their property once they decide that they do not want to be landlords anymore. These listings are assigned to one of our Sales Agents. Several of our tenants want to buy a home eventually. When a tenant expresses interest in buying a home then that tenant/prospect is assigned to one of our Sales Agents. Our VP of Real Estate Sales, Kathy Coker, brings over 27 years of experience in sales, marketing, and managing in the real estate industry. She is available for hands on training to help you pursue your goals in a professional and excellent way. Excalibur requires that each Sales Agent have an active real estate license. Our Sales Agents are independent contractors that are paid commissions and do not receive any contribution from the company toward benefits.

Excalibur offers a PPO Health Insurance plan through Humana. The company pays the first $300.00 per month of the health insurance premium for employees, including spouse and/or children, that are accepted in to the group by the health insurance carrier. Any additional premium is deducted through payroll. Supplemental insurance for Cancer, Disability, and Accident is available through AFLAC at the employee’s expense but premiums are deducted from payroll on a pre-tax basis. We also offer a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) which enables employees to have money deducted from their pay on a pre-tax basis to pay for any out of pocket medical expenses. We offer a 401(k) retirement plan that allows employees which have been with the company for two years to contribute in to a retirement account through payroll. Any contributions toward retirement made by the employee through the 401(k) account will be matched by Excalibur up to a maximum of 3% of the employees pay then matched 50 cents on the dollar up to 5% of the employees pay. January 1st, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the Friday after), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are all paid holidays.
