Excalibur Home Maintenance Services is the newest addition to Excalibur Home Management, LLC array of available services. The goal of Excalibur Home Maintenance Services is to provide our clients and customers with excellent service at an affordable rate along with a much better warranty on repairs than is offered by most handymen. Our mission in forming a maintenance department is to promote a competitive environment for all maintenance issues thus reducing the prices our clients will pay. Another benefit of Excalibur’s in-house maintenance department is peace of mind from knowing what kind of service you are receiving each and every time.

Excalibur Home Maintenance Services has the required contractor licenses. We can handle HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical work, general repairs, painting and more. Our maintenance department will coordinate all work order requests, evaluate rates, and coordinate prompt responses to both our clients and customers. Excalibur Home Maintenance Services is owned and operated by Excalibur Home Management, LLC. Our clients are not required to utilize our maintenance company and always have the option to use other contractors.
