Just like property managers have to look after their owners, owners like to look after their properties. The Owner Portal makes it easier than ever with a seamlessly integrated portal where property managers can publish user-configured owner account information, statements, photos and other electronic media related to the property. Owners can also view a history of all related work orders, enter comments, update their contact information and make electronic payments.
Some HOAs are not set up to accept credit cards! Any of the homeowners in any of the communities we manage can pay their HOA fees from their bank accounts through this portal by bank draft. However only some HOAs elected to accept payment by credit card due to the fees charged by the credit card processing companies. Please check to see if your HOA can accept payment by credit card before trying to pay with one.
With the Resident Portal, residents have secure online access to information about the resident's lease, payment history and work order status and history. In addition, residents can submit online requests for work orders, update contact information and can make one-time or recurring payments by credit card or bank draft.
The Vendor Portal provides vendors with secure online access to work orders assigned to them. In addition, you can update comments to work orders online, print work orders and update your contact information.
